2013 Poster PresentationsPlease be sure to attend the Poster Sessions on Tuesday (10:00 a.m-12:00pm and 3:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.) in the Mezzanine where about 20 posters will be presented. To encourage student participation, TN Section AWRA awards two student posters with a certificate for their university. Attendees will also vote for a "People's Choice Poster Award". If you are not affiliated with a university or a student poster presenter and would like to be a judge, please send email to Vena Jones or Daniel Saint. Information for Poster Presenters: The poster session will be limited to 20 student posters and 10 professional posters due to space limitations. Selection of poster presentations will be based on the quality and content of the abstracts. Posters should be mounted on poster board no larger than 3’x 5’. All posters must be displayed by 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 5. Presenters of student posters are required to be with their posters during all poster session times and give a brief synopsis (5 minutes or less) of their poster to the Poster Judges and attendess. An award for the best student poster will be presented at the annual TN Chapter Meeting at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 5.
